With the end of the 2022 racing season and following our recent club AGM, we are looking a refreshed racing calendar for the 2023 season and beyond. The key features are as follows:

• 2023 Crit Racing – TEC is currently out of action; we now have permission to use Airport loop, with a start to racing confirmed for Saturday 21st January
• InterClub Crit Racing Q1 2023 – dates TBC
• Autumn Festival Crit – planning underway, details TBC
• Club Road Event / Big Chill Festival – planning underway, details TBC
• Support Regional Events as main club events – these would include Tenterfield Gravel n Granite, Gunnedah-Tamworth, Glen Innes Goodness Gravel
• Support Major Fondo as club event – we are proposing the Tour de Brisbane Sunday 2nd April 23, with the club co-ordinating travel & accomodation as required – look out for club event details and register interest later this week
• Road Racer of the Year – 10 races as per previous years, but extra points for the 40km races; details as per AGM
• Club Championships – dates TBC, format as per 2022, with updated eligibility as per AGM
• 2024 Club Giro d’Italia Trip – we are looking at the possibility of running a club organised 2 week trip to Northern Italy in May/June 2024 – look out for details and the chance to register interest later this week
