  • Round 1 to the young generation

    The first race of the Club Championships was held on Long Swamp Road on Saturday 10 May. The popularity of the course saw a big turnout, with everyone keen to tackle two full laps so they could ride both of the big hills twice.

    Geoff Straub continued his excellent form to take out the John Dewhurst Memorial Handicap Road Race on Sunday 27 April. Starting off the scratch mark, Geoff also took the prize for the fastest time, showing that he is one of the strongest riders in the region at the moment.
